Joanna Mackenzie joined the ALMA project in March 2007 as Human Resources Manager for the Joint ALMA Observatory. She received her degree in Business Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago and is also a certified Ontological Coach. Prior to joining ALMA, Joanna worked both as an independent consultant and in line positions, for local & multinational Companies with backgrounds ranging through industrial, service, hospitality and marketing, always in Human Resources management related areas.
