Next Saturday, January 16, at 21:00 a 6th version of the event ‘Big Night of Stars’ will be held in the Metropolitan Park. In view of the previous success – with an audience of over 5000 – ALMA and Parquemet are joining once more, to offer families the opportunity to approach the stars for free, and to learn about the Universe, from San Cristobal hill in Santiago.

ALMA astronomer, Antonio Hales will give a lecture about Astronomy at the Pablo Neruda amphitheater, preceded by an artistic performance. After the lecture, telescopes will be available for astronomical observation with guides.

Interested visitors can register at parquemet.cl. Shuttles to the amphitheater from the Pío Nono entrance will be available for free starting at 8:30 pm. Don’t miss it!
