Gisella Yaksetig

Gisella joined ALMA in July 2026, assuming the role of Human Resources Manager.  

She holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Piura, Peru, and earned a Master’s degree in International Law from American University Washington College of Law. She brings extensive leadership experience in international organizations, including her roles as Chief of the Human Resources Section and Director of the Division of Administration at ECLAC (Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean), as well as Senior Human Resources Consultant at the Pan American Health Organization and the Economic Commission for Africa.
